Please read the following and proceed accordingly.

1. Please download the Center ID page by clicking the following link Click to Download SAEF Center ID Page or clicking the button next to the heading
2. Print the Center ID page and have your vet complete it
3. Scan the completed Center ID page and return to this website
4. If you already have an account with SAEF as an Account Manager go to Login and log in.
   or
   If you do not have an account with SAEF as an Account Manager go to Register, create an account manager account and log in.
5. Once logged in, go to 'Horses' on the menu, on the drop down, click on 'Request Passport', follow the instructions on the page.
6. Once that is all complete you will proceed to payment, once payment is received your passport request will be processed
